Healing Minds Psychiatry complies with applicable federal civil rights laws and does not discriminate against, exclude, or treat people differently on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, or sex (including pregnancy, sexual orientation, and gender identity).

These protections apply to all of our services, whether provided in person or through telepsychiatry, and to every interaction you have with our practice.

We provide free aids and services to people with disabilities to help them communicate effectively with us, such as:

• Qualified Interpreters: Communication support for people who are deaf, hard of hearing, or who have other communication needs.
• Accessible Formats: Written information provided in other formats when reasonably possible.

Filing a Grievance With Our Practice

If you believe that Healing Minds Psychiatry has failed to provide these services or has discriminated in any way on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, or sex, you may file a grievance with our office.
