These protections apply to all of our services, whether provided in person or through telepsychiatry, and to every interaction you have with our practice.

• Communication requests: Ask about arrangements for deaf, hard-of-hearing or other communication needs.

The office will explain the arrangements currently available and any obligations under applicable law. English or Spanish service may be requested; language, format, timing and any cost are confirmed for the specific request.

Filing a Grievance With Our Practice

If you believe Healing Minds Psychiatry has discriminated or has not handled an accommodation request as required by applicable law, you may file a grievance with our office.
